Overview

Email Templates stores reusable email drafts for this client so the team can send consistent, on-message outreach quickly. Create a template with a name, category, subject line, and body, and reuse it wherever templates are offered.

How to use this page

    Select the client

    Pick the client in the top-right switcher to manage their templates.

    Create a template

    Add a template with a Name, optional Category, Subject Line, and Body. Save it to make it available for reuse.

    Organize with categories

    Use categories so common templates are easy to find as the library grows.

What the buttons do

Name
The template's name (required).
Category
Optional grouping to organize templates.
Subject Line / Body
The email subject and content (body required).

Common questions

Where can I use a template?

Saved templates are available where the platform offers a template picker for composing email.

Is a category required?

No. Only the name and body are required; the category just helps organize.
