How to use this page

   Select the client whose store you want to manage

   Use the Client Switcher before opening Merchandise. The page is scoped to that client and prompts you when no client is selected.

   Create or refresh the branded store

   Paste a public HTTPS logo URL, then select Create my store. Printful must be connected and able to retrieve the logo. SalesHive provisions the starter catalog, then renders a Printful mockup for each product. The button shows Rendering mockups with a completed count while this work runs. After the starter catalog exists, use Refresh products when the logo changes.

   Open the storefront

   Select Open [client] merchandise store to open the hosted catalog in a new tab. It uses the client custom domain when configured, otherwise the SalesHive Sites address.

   Prepare a gift shipment

   Choose a published Product, Variant, and Quantity. Add the recipient name and shipping address. Company, email, phone, and the second address line are optional. Quantity is limited to 1 through 10.

   Continue through secure checkout

   Select Continue to secure checkout to calculate shipping and open Stripe checkout for the funded amount. The control stays unavailable until products are provisioned, required address fields are complete, and checkout is enabled for the workspace.

   Review payment and fulfillment history

   The Order ledger shows up to 20 recent orders with the product, recipient, total, and current status. Paid orders submit to Printful automatically only when live fulfillment is enabled. Otherwise they create a Printful draft awaiting approval. Track shipment appears when a tracking link is available; a missing link does not establish shipment status.

   Choose public products and review images

   Under Choose products for your store, use Include in public store on a created product to save its visibility immediately. Gift Product choices include published products only. Buyers choose available sizes and colors; materials and print locations come from the starter catalog. Review every image before sharing the store.

   Resume or regenerate product images

   Keep the page open while images render. If interrupted, use Resume images to continue saved work. Regenerate images restarts rendering for one created product. Provider access is required. Refresh products after a logo change preserves existing public selections and unrelated products.

What the buttons do

Create my store / Refresh products

Provisions the selected client storefront and catalog from its public logo URL, then renders Printful mockups for the created products. While it runs, the button shows mockup progress. Refresh products rebuilds products after a logo change.

Open [client] merchandise store

Opens the selected client's hosted merchandise storefront in a new tab.

Product, Variant, and Quantity

Selects a provisioned catalog item, its available option, and a quantity from 1 through 10.

Continue to secure checkout

Calculates shipping and opens Stripe checkout after required recipient and address fields are complete.

Order ledger

Shows the 20 most recent orders with recipient, total, and payment or fulfillment status.

Include in public store

Immediately saves whether a created product appears in the public catalog.

Resume images

Continues image generation for the existing catalog after an interruption.

Regenerate images

Restarts image generation for this product. Review the result before sharing.

Track shipment

Opens an available shipment tracking link. Carrier and tracking number appear when supplied.
