Overview

Meeting Settings > Outcome Email manages the selected client's deal-wide post-meeting request sent to the assigned meeting owner. Configure timing, subject, body, and a safe preview. Real and test messages send from SalesHive Notifications at notifications@saleshive.com, not from a client outreach mailbox. Internal SDRs are redirected to the read-only meeting-owner directory before these settings load. They cannot edit this configuration or send test messages. Other users retain their existing viewing and management permissions.

How to use this page

  1. Open Outcome Email

Go to Platform > Settings > Meeting Settings and select Outcome Email. This configuration belongs to the selected deal rather than an individual campaign. Internal SDRs are redirected to the active-owner directory; ask your manager or strategist about reminder or outcome-email changes.

  2. Enable and configure the request

With the required non-SDR employee management access: Turn on Owner outcome email when needed, then set the delay, subject, and body. Save settings after reviewing the merge fields and one-use outcome-button note.

  3. Understand the sender and recipient

The assigned active meeting owner is the only live recipient. SalesHive sends from SalesHive Notifications at notifications@saleshive.com. It does not borrow a client Primary, SDR, Sender, cold-outreach, or warming mailbox, does not address the prospect, and does not add a client signature or use outreach volume.

  4. Review the deal-wide scope

The same outcome-email configuration applies across every eligible campaign enrollment for the selected client. Meetings before the workflow is enabled are not backfilled.

  5. Send a test email

With the required non-SDR employee management access, enter a reviewed test recipient and select Send test. This sends a real email from SalesHive Notifications using the current subject and body. Its test outcome form does not update meeting records.

Common questions

Only the assigned active meeting owner for the booked meeting. The prospect is never the recipient of this workflow.
The active global SalesHive Notifications mailbox at notifications@saleshive.com. The workflow never borrows a client outreach mailbox, appends a client signature, or consumes outreach volume.
No. A test is a safe preview and does not update SalesHive.
It moved from Campaign Detail settings to the selected deal's Meeting Settings, so all of that client's eligible campaigns use one configuration.
Internal SDRs receive a read-only Meeting Settings directory instead of reminder or outcome-email controls. Ask your manager or strategist to change these settings or arrange a test. This does not disable reminders already configured for the client.
