Overview

On the enabled client, restricted SDRs see My campaigns for their assigned calling campaigns. Campaign calling does not require a sequence. The management instructions below apply only where your permissions expose those controls. The Platform page heading is Campaign. Campaign editing requires permission for the selected client. The default client SDR type can view campaigns and use permitted calling workflows, but cannot change campaign settings, cadences or scripts. Treat the configuration instructions below as editor-only. Campaign Details is the workspace for campaign performance, contacts, calling guidance, cadence setup, test sends, disposition overrides, and reporting. Basic templates and editable pending AI cadence emails support image insertion, resizing, and alignment, with the chosen width saved into the message for preview and delivery. Email Reporting gives Clicks and Opens separate tabs with the same event filters, so each engagement stream can be reviewed directly while known bots and scanners stay hidden by default. Email tests use the campaign contact selected in the preview to fill merge values while delivering only to the test address. When a campaign has no active or historical enrollment, SalesHive can use an available contact from the selected client as merge-only preview data so valid tags still resolve. The Dashboard calling band separates overall provider answer, human or target pickup, and qualified conversation rates before average call duration, dial sessions, and meetings held. In Call Reporting, correcting a historical result to NTRP or NTRP - Sent Info keeps that result on the call and moves the associated contact to Unqualified, while call-only outcomes such as Invalid Number do not overwrite the contact status. Call Reporting preserves verified SDR and prospect roles, keeps honest diarization labels such as Speaker A when the role is unknown, and uses the selected client's canonical Deal name when the represented company is named in stored transcripts and summaries. The prospect's own company name stays protected. CSV imports initially keep matching contacts in Trash and offer Keep in Trash or Restore and Import after showing the matching count. Recovery preserves Archive status and outreach restrictions, and active email lanes still require content, sender, signature, and sending-domain readiness. eMod preserves approved copy with at most one validated company or role reference edit. Normal eRep generation uses concise teaser copy. Comparison previews and observed email outcomes help review these approaches without changing live settings. Sender Accounts lists only active mailboxes assigned to the selected client, and SalesHive prevents a retained or stale cross-client sender link from sending. Campaign-specific custom disposition overrides can also turn on an employee-only read-only Follow-ups report for the latest matching call outcome without creating a task. In Contacts, campaign-specific Human-Likely Email Open and Human-Likely Link Click rules create a current campaign segment from events that are not marked as bots or likely scanners. The same search, statuses, property logic, saved view, and campaign activity rules drive the matching count, Dial This View, and contact CSV export. Call ratings, coaching text, and Score are internal performance feedback. Client viewers retain operational call summaries, recordings, and transcripts without those coaching fields, and SDRs retain the existing coaching restriction. Expanded call Notes follow the final saved disposition. A correction realigns the operational note without erasing the separate AI analysis or SDR context. Dashboard Qualified Conversation Rate and Dial Session Talks use the client-performance conversation definition. Referral, Not Interested, and Unqualified now count because each establishes a useful next contact, a clear decision, or campaign fit. Blacklisted Contact, Domain Blocked, and Prospect Hung Up remain human pickups without increasing Qualified Conversations. Wrong-phone and unresponsive outcomes stay outside both measures.

How to use this page

  1. Open assigned campaign calls on the enabled client

In My campaigns, open an assigned campaign to search its contacts and review status. An active campaign offers Open auto-dialer. This opens the normal calling workflow without placing a call. If no campaign is assigned, ask your team lead to assign you in campaign settings. Saved calls remain in contact history; optional sequence tasks are separate.

  2. Recognize the assigned-campaign view

On the enabled task-workflow client, BDRs see assigned contacts and campaign status rather than campaign configuration. Use Search contacts, Previous and Next, Open my tasks and My campaigns. Active campaigns offer Open dialer subject to calling checks. Management settings and import controls below are not available in this assigned-work view.

  3. Open and verify the campaign

Open Outbound > Campaigns, select a campaign, and confirm the client, campaign name and status before changing settings. The header groups available actions beside the title on wide screens and below it on narrower screens. Back to campaigns returns to the list. Open Playbook appears for Playbook campaigns; Duplicate copies a non-archived campaign without its contacts. The Active or Paused switch requires campaign-management permission and is unavailable for completed campaigns.

  4. Review readiness and contacts

Use Overview for totals, readiness, and recent activity. Contacts supports Add Individual, Import CSV, search, filters, Load More, and Show all contacts.

  5. Segment and act on campaign engagement

Open Contacts, select Filters, and add Human-Likely Email Open or Human-Likely Link Click from Campaign Activity. Choose Yes to keep enrolled contacts with at least one matching event in this campaign that is not marked as a bot or likely scanner. Choose No to keep contacts without one. Combine these rules with other fields through All (AND) or Any (OR), review the full-campaign matching count, then use Dial This View or Export CSV to carry the same exact segment forward.

  6. Import contacts safely

Open Contacts, choose + Add Contacts, then Import CSV. Select the file, check the field mapping and choose Continue. Map Sales Rep when needed: an exact SalesHive user name or email creates a user link; an unmatched client rep name stays as text. Review the rows and import choices before submitting. The result separates created, updated and enrolled counts from contacts already in this or another campaign, previously removed identities, unmatched owners, Archive matches and remaining Trash matches.

  7. Review import and enrollment choices

Review the CSV mapping and Move contacts already in another campaign into this one separately; that setting controls moving existing enrollment. The first import keeps matching Trash contacts unchanged and reports their count. Recovery requires the separate Restore and Import choice in the results. Archived contacts receive no CSV updates or enrollment, and a contact archived before Trash returns to Archive when recovered. If needed, unarchive it from Contacts before importing again.

  8. Review remaining Trash matches

If results show Kept in Trash, Keep in Trash closes the result without recovering the remaining matches. Restore and Import retries only those matching CSV rows for this campaign with the same settings. It does not repeat all successful rows or recover unrelated contacts. Restored counts do not by themselves prove campaign enrollment or readiness to call or email.

  9. Set up and write an email sequence

Open Email sequence, then choose Scheduled outreach or After a call attempt. The On or Off label shows that lane's state; its toggle is separate from the campaign Active / Paused switch. Expand Sending setup for senders, timing, limits and writing instructions. In Write your emails, choose Write templates (Basic), Personalize templates (eMod) or Write with AI (eRep). The first template opens initially; select Edit email on later steps. Settings and template edits save automatically; check Saved and use Save now if needed. Settings and template editing remain available while the lane is off. Existing permission, readiness and sender-review checks still apply.

  10. Find tracking and queue maintenance

Expand Tracking and queue maintenance below the writing area for Opens, Clicks and Reset pending emails. Reset is a separate confirmed action that clears queued future email for the selected sequence. Opening this section or generating a preview does not reset the queue or enable sending.

  11. Configure calling and cadence

Campaign settings controls Call Timeout and dialing behavior. Calling Script can use the client default, a linked saved version, or Campaign-specific copy. Email sequence controls Post-Call and Auto-Cadence steps, sender accounts, limits, tracking, send windows, and Send Share.

  12. Choose the inbox unsubscribe setting

If you can edit this campaign, open Settings and find Unsubscribe. Enable inbox unsubscribe button allows supported inboxes to show Unsubscribe beside the sender. It starts off and applies to both Post-Call and Auto-Cadence emails. Changes save automatically; confirm Settings saved and resolve any save error. Enabling it makes the option available to the inbox, which decides whether to display it.

  13. Set the visible unsubscribe footer separately

In Email sequence, use Unsubscribe footer to choose None, Unsubscribe Link or Reply STOP Text. This campaign-wide footer setting is separate from Enable inbox unsubscribe button in Campaign settings. Changing one does not change the other. Review both choices before sending.

  14. Review eMod personalization and eRep copy

Choose the email type and a contact preview in Email sequence. eMod preserves the approved subject, wording, structure, formatting, offer, greeting, meeting request and links, with at most one short company or role reference edit. If that edit cannot be validated, approved copy stays intact. eRep uses concise teaser copy for its normal cadence. Regenerate preview creates review copy without sending or replacing queued rows.

  15. Enable campaign emails safely

Open Email sequence and choose Scheduled outreach or After a call attempt. Before an active campaign can turn a lane on, SalesHive checks the email type, active sendable Basic or eMod templates for every configured step, supported merge tags, eligible sender capacity, the resolved campaign or client signature and its required fields, and complete cached SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX for client-owned sending domains. Post-Call also needs an active Primary or SDR mailbox. A refused save keeps the prior state and shows the exact items to correct. When Confirm sending email addresses appears, check the client, campaign names and every sending address. Review Addresses on queued follow-ups separately: changing the sender selection does not replace addresses already saved on queued follow-ups. Post-call sending addresses are also selected separately in the Dialer. Choose Confirm and activate to proceed, or Go back to cancel. If the addresses change during review, review the new list before confirming again.

  16. Size and align cadence images

In a Basic template, or after choosing Edit on a pending AI cadence email, use Add Image, paste, or drop to insert an image. Select the image, drag the orange handle at its lower right to resize it, and use the left, center, or right controls above it to choose alignment. Basic template changes autosave; an edited AI cadence email persists after Save. The stored width remains with the message in previews and sent email.

  17. Review email analytics

Open Email Reporting > Email Analytics. Replies count campaign-attributed human inbound messages, while automated and system classifications are excluded. Human-likely opens exclude known bots and likely scanners. Image-proxy opens remain included in the directional open measure and are also broken out separately, so an open is not proof of inbox placement or a person reading. Export CSV uses the current reporting filters.

  18. Inspect individual open events

Open Email Reporting > Opens to review collected open events separately from Clicks. The default view hides known bots and scanners. Use Include bots & scanners when you need the raw stream, narrow the list to Post-Call or Auto-Cadence with Sequence, and apply the date fields. Each row shows time since send, contact, step, source, location, device, IP, and classification. Open tracking is on by default for new campaigns, but changing the setting affects future sends and cannot recreate missing historical events.

  19. Set a campaign-specific custom outcome

In Email sequence, turn on Override client disposition templates when this campaign needs rules that replace the client defaults. Expand or add a custom disposition, then combine a contact status action, campaign move, domain blacklist, connection reporting, Follow-ups reporting, Slack notification, and follow-up email as needed. Show as a Follow-Ups reporting tab is off by default and applies only to this campaign's effective override.

  20. Blacklist a domain from a custom disposition

Turn on Add domain to blacklist and save the templates. When an SDR later confirms that custom disposition on a call, SalesHive extracts the domain from the selected contact's email and adds it to this client's domain blacklist. The setting is off by default and does not change earlier call logs or contacts.

  21. Send a contact-personalized test

In Email sequence, select the campaign contact whose values should appear in the AI or template preview when one is available, then choose Send Test on that preview. Confirm the sender and enter the internal recipient address. SalesHive fills merge tags from the selected preview contact while sending only to the test address. If the campaign has no active or historical enrollment, SalesHive can instead use an available contact from the selected client that is not archived or in Trash as merge-only preview data. The test does not add campaign delivery or contact activity to that contact. Tests are available on a non-archived campaign before activation or while paused, but a client-wide outreach pause still blocks delivery.

  22. Review call reporting

Use Call Reporting for results and Dial Sessions. In Calls, use the Result dropdown to correct a historical disposition. NTRP and NTRP - Sent Info keep that label on the call and move the associated contact to Unqualified. Directed to Corporate records an explicit redirect to the company corporate office or central team without overwriting contact status. Other call-only outcomes such as Invalid Number also change only the call log. A corrected result also realigns the expanded Notes text so it follows the final disposition instead of a contradictory AI summary. Separate AI analysis and SDR context remain stored as their own evidence. Authorized supervisors can use Shadow, Guide, or Join In. Call ratings, coaching text, and the Score column are internal performance feedback. Client viewers keep the operational result, summary, recording, and transcript without those fields. SDRs retain the existing coaching restriction. In the live supervisor window, a saved active-session pause shows Session paused with its elapsed pause duration. This is separate from the call or audio-connection state and updates as the session is checked.

  23. Review a finalized call note

Expand a call in Call Reporting and read Notes for the final operational explanation. An unchanged analyzed outcome can keep its AI summary and optional SDR context. A corrected outcome follows the saved disposition and uses SDR context when available, so the final note does not contradict the result. The separate summary, transcript, analysis, and coaching fields keep their existing purpose and access rules.

  24. Read transcript speaker labels

Open Call Reporting > Calls and expand a call. Live role-aware transcripts show SDR and PROSPECT. Historical or inbound transcripts may retain neutral labels such as SPEAKER A when the role is unknown. Stored transcripts and summaries preserve the represented client name while protecting the prospect company name. New outbound calls use the saved live Dialer transcript only. SalesHive does not create another transcript from the recording, even if live capture is missing. An available recording can still be played. Existing historical transcripts and their speaker labels remain available.

  25. Read campaign calling outcomes

Open Overview and read the calling band from left to right. Overall Answer Rate counts provider-completed calls, Human or Target Pickup Rate requires pickup evidence, and Qualified Conversation Rate uses the client-performance outcome set. Referral, Not Interested, and Unqualified increase Qualified Conversations. Blacklisted Contact, Domain Blocked, and Prospect Hung Up can prove a human pickup without increasing Qualified Conversations. Wrong-phone and unresponsive outcomes increase neither measure. Dial Session Talks and average call duration use the Qualified Conversation set.

  26. Report a campaign-specific custom outcome

After Override client disposition templates is on, expand the custom outcome and select Show as a Follow-Ups reporting tab. Save templates. Authorized employees receive a read-only Follow-ups tab when this campaign's override is the effective configuration. A contact appears only while the outcome is its latest completed call. No callback, Pending action, Calendar entry, or Dialer task is created.

  27. Read native campaign call metrics

Overview call counts and rates use native CRM dialer rows. Call history copied from the old platform remains available in Calls for audit, but it is excluded from CRM dial totals, talk rates, average call duration, and the 30-day call activity chart. Imported rows with no source result are labeled Legacy (no disposition), and unmatched legacy results are labeled Legacy (other), so missing evidence is not presented as a real campaign outcome.

  28. Set a signature for this campaign

Open Campaign settings and enable Override client email signature. Edit the signature, then select Save signature. It applies to this campaign's emails, including meeting confirmations and hand-offs. Sender fields use the sending mailbox; company fields still use the client account. To represent a different company, replace its name, website, and logo directly. Turn the override off and select Save signature to return to the client default. Other campaigns keep their own settings. Paste, upload or drop in a logo. Select the image and drag its bottom-right handle to resize it, or drag the image itself to move it within the signature. Select Save signature to keep the changes. On the enabled owner-based client, a configured owner default signature takes precedence for owner-based outreach; the campaign or client signature remains the fallback.

  29. Export individual open or click events

Open Email Reporting > Clicks or Opens. Choose the date range, Sequence, and whether to Include bots & scanners, then select Export CSV. The download includes every event matching those filters across all result pages, with contact name, contact and recipient emails, company, UTC time, URL, cadence step, variant, sequence, and classification. Repeated events from one contact remain separate rows. If loading fails, SalesHive reports an error instead of downloading a partial report.

  30. Compare email drafts without sending

Save campaign settings and copy, select a preview contact, and choose Generate comparison. For eMod, compare Approved original with Personalized and inspect the highlighted edit. For eRep, compare Current approach with Meeting request preview. These drafts use saved settings, do not change the live email policy, and queue or send nothing.

  31. Review observed email outcomes

Set Lookback days to a whole number from 1 to 30, then choose View email outcomes. The default is 14 days. Review Contacts sent, Replied, Interested, Unsubscribed, Meetings after reply and Mixed policies for groups based on the first email in the window. If the window is too large, choose fewer days.

  32. Launch assigned call practice

When Practice your calls appears, choose Launch simulator. An eligible Ready or In progress assignment opens directly only when its reviewed pack matches this campaign script. An actively assigned SDR with live staffing can also launch from a published, reviewed, complete practice pack that matches the campaign, even without an existing assignment. SalesHive checks practice availability before creating that assignment. Simulated prospects need no contact import, and practice stays out of campaign results. If setup or script review is required, ask your manager to prepare or update the pack. Earlier completed or retired assignments are not restarted automatically.

  33. End a stuck session when recovery is available

This internal management control is available across accounts for authorized SDR Managers, Hiring and Training Managers, Admins or Executives within their existing client and team access. Read-only strategist access does not grant it. In the Supervise panel, first confirm with the SDR that the dialer is closed and all call, meeting, referral and email work is finished. Enter a reason of 5 to 500 characters, select End Stuck Session, then review Check and end session. SalesHive checks current access, browser activity, unfinished work and every recorded call before closing. Active or unverifiable calls, recent work and unresolved results keep the session open. Follow the displayed explanation; missing evidence requires support review. Successful closure preserves saved work and pause accounting. Refresh the EOD report after confirmation. Verified duplicate placeholders beside an explicitly confirmed No Answer can be marked as administrative duplicates during manager recovery. The saved result and actual-call totals are preserved; the duplicate is not a separate SDR skip. Distinct calls, unique saved evidence or linked work still require review. When a recorded browser disconnect is available, the recovered end time uses that disconnect or later meaningful activity rather than adding idle time until the manager acts.

  34. Manage permitted disposition overrides

On the enabled task-workflow client, authorized team leads can edit non-meeting disposition copy, labels, triggers and attachments across the supported standard non-meeting disposition emails when this campaign's overrides are enabled. Meeting and existing custom copy edits preserve routing and actions. BDRs cannot edit these templates.

  35. Check campaign signature image sizes

For authorized editors, Image sizes offers 200px, 320px, 450px and 600px presets, Original after the image loads, and Custom width. Enter a custom width and press Enter or leave the field. Proportions stay locked. Larger images are allowed. Show narrow preview displays a 320px content area for checking readability and sideways scrolling; email apps may render differently. Review any warnings, then select Save signature to retain edits. An automatic Company logo without an explicit saved size starts at 200px wide. Image sizes exposes that logo for adjustment; existing explicit sizes are retained. Save signature remains required.

  36. Review Teleprompter campaign context

For campaign editors, open Calling Script and find Campaign Context (Teleprompter) above Call Script Sections. The large Teleprompter context field appears first, followed by Additional campaign background for generation. When enabled and empty, it generates and saves background from selected Playmaker and Playbook fields plus the saved calling script. Review every fact and rebuttal, and include only information a prospect may hear. Edit the context or add generation background, then select Save context. Save background changes before choosing Generate or Regenerate; Regenerate replaces the saved context. Clear Use campaign context in the teleprompter and save to use the script alone while retaining the context text. This setting is separate from Campaign Context (All Emails). Availability follows the selected account and campaign permissions.

  37. Open a sales demo simulator

On a generated Sales demo campaign, authorized internal users see Call Simulator Contacts. Review the generated script, company facts and any research warning, then open the separate demo workspace. Choose a fictional buyer and answer mode there. Opening the link does not start the call. Ordinary campaigns retain their existing Dialer controls.

Common questions

Yes. Basic template editors support image resizing and alignment. For an AI cadence email, choose Edit on a pending step first. Already sent messages do not change.
Select the image, then drag the orange handle at its lower right. SalesHive stores the chosen width in the email HTML, while still limiting the image to the available message width.
They are different engagement events. Opens come from the tracking pixel and are directional because proxies and scanners can fetch images. Clicks come from tracked external links. Separate tabs keep each raw event stream clear.
The Opens event tab hides known bots and likely scanners by default but can show the raw stream. Email Analytics uses the same human-likely automation exclusions while keeping image-proxy opens in the directional open measure and breaking them out separately. The views answer different event-level and reporting questions.
On an active campaign, SalesHive checks the configured type, active sendable Basic or eMod templates, supported merge tags, sender capacity, the campaign override or client default signature and its required fields, and complete cached SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX for client-owned sending domains. Post-Call also needs an active Primary or SDR mailbox. Follow the specific error, correct each item, then retry.
Campaign-attributed human inbound messages count. Shwarming, Auto Reply, Internal, Out Of Office, Undeliverable, Ignore, Ignore Contact, and Ignore Global are excluded.
A future saved call using that custom disposition adds the domain from the selected contact's email to the current client's domain blacklist.
No. It applies when a future call is saved. Existing contacts and call history are not rewritten.
No. When Override client disposition templates is on, the campaign's saved disposition settings replace the client-level behavior for that campaign.
Yes, on a non-archived campaign before activation or while paused. A client-wide outreach pause still blocks the test.
Yes, when the selected client has an available contact. If the campaign has no active or historical enrollment and the message contains merge tags, SalesHive uses a current client contact that is not archived or in Trash as merge-only preview data. The email still goes only to the Send to address, and no campaign delivery or contact activity is recorded for the preview contact.
The selected preview contact supplies the merge values, while the Send to field controls the actual recipient. When the campaign has no enrollment, an available same-client contact can supply those values. This lets you review a realistic message without recording campaign delivery or contact activity for the preview contact.
The first import leaves matching contacts in Trash. Keep in Trash closes the results without recovering them. Restore and Import retries only those matching CSV rows for this campaign with the same settings and current recovery checks. A restored count alone does not establish enrollment or readiness to call or email.
It does not unarchive contacts or enroll archived records. A contact archived before Trash returns to Archive, with no CSV field updates. If appropriate, open Contacts, turn on Show Archived, unarchive the contact, then import again.
The name is preserved on the contact. Exact SalesHive name or email matches still link to the matching user.
A historical or inbound transcript may distinguish voices without proving their roles. SalesHive preserves the neutral label instead of inventing a role. New outbound calls use the saved live transcript.
Call Reporting preserves the selected client's saved Deal name when the represented company is mentioned in a stored transcript or call summary. The correction is limited to a narrow doubled-letter spelling variant and does not rewrite the prospect's own company name.
Overall Answer Rate counts provider-completed calls. Human or Target Pickup Rate requires pickup evidence. Qualified Conversation Rate includes substantive outcomes such as Referral, Not Interested, and Unqualified. Blacklisted Contact, Domain Blocked, and Prospect Hung Up can raise pickup without raising Qualified Conversation Rate, while wrong-phone and unresponsive outcomes count in neither.
NTRP and NTRP - Sent Info remain the call results and move the associated contact to Unqualified so future cold outreach stops. Invalid Number is call-only, so it changes the call record without replacing the contact status.
No. eMod preserves approved copy, including its greeting and meeting request. It can personalize at most one short company or role reference. Custom instructions can narrow personalization but cannot authorize a rewrite. Normal eRep generation retains the separate teaser approach.
Pending eMod and eRep rows created under an older global AI policy can regenerate immediately before their next send. SalesHive builds the replacement first, preserves manually edited rows, and never rewrites sent or in-flight email. Basic template rows are unaffected.
SalesHive allows one constrained repair for length, structure, sales language, repeated copy, questions, dashes, and approved links. If the repaired copy still fails, generation stops instead of accepting the cadence.
The list shows only active mailboxes assigned to this campaign's client. A mailbox assigned elsewhere is hidden, even if an older campaign link still references it, and it cannot be used for a test, manual message, or cadence send.
When Override client disposition templates is on and the campaign has that custom disposition, the campaign's saved reporting option controls that campaign. When the campaign inherits client templates, the client-level option applies.
No. It is reporting only and creates no callback, Pending action, Calendar entry, or Dialer task.
Copied old-platform call logs remain visible for history, but they are not CRM dials. A source record with no saved result appears as Legacy (no disposition), not No Answer or Unknown. SalesHive excludes imported detail rows from campaign dashboard call totals and rates so legacy history does not depress current connection metrics.
Yes means the enrolled contact has at least one matching open or click attributed to this campaign that is not marked as a bot or likely scanner. No means no such event exists for that contact in this campaign. Image-proxy opens remain part of the directional open signal.
Yes. SalesHive carries the current search, selected statuses, and property rules into the Dialer, rechecks campaign-specific engagement against current enrollment, and then applies recycle, ownership, blocklist, phone, calling-hour, and dial-limit safeguards.
The campaign call record changes to Directed to Corporate and remains available in call reporting. The associated contact status stays unchanged because this is a call-only outcome.
Those fields are internal performance feedback. Client viewers keep the operational result, summary, recording, transcript, and other call details, but do not receive Score, Rating, or Coaching. SDRs also retain the existing coaching restriction. Authorized internal leaders and strategists can review those fields.
SalesHive keeps the final operational note aligned with the saved disposition. A corrected result replaces a contradictory AI summary in Notes with the final outcome and saved SDR context when available. The separate AI analysis and SDR evidence remain stored for review.
No. Add usable signature content, or turn the override off and save to use the client default again.
New outbound calls use the saved live Dialer transcript only. SalesHive does not create another transcript from the recording, even if live capture is missing. An available recording can still be played. Existing historical transcripts and their speaker labels remain available.
These are completed sales outcomes. Normal campaign calling queues and automated cold outreach exclude them while keeping the contact and campaign history available.
No. These are observed groups, not a randomized test. Sent does not prove delivery. Replies need an exact email link and exclude automated replies. Meetings after a reply may also involve calls or other campaigns, mixed policies complicate comparison, and newer contacts have had less time to respond.
Your assignment may need review, the client may lack a complete published and reviewed practice pack, or the pack may not match this campaign script. An earlier completed or retired assignment also requires manager review. Follow the displayed setup message. If practice calling is temporarily unavailable, try again shortly; if setup changed, refresh the campaign before trying again.
The default client SDR type provides campaign viewing, not campaign management. It does not permit changes to campaign settings, cadences or scripts. A custom type needs campaign-management permission, and script changes also need script-editing permission. Existing access checks still apply. Contact your SalesHive team if your work requires different access.
No. A body unsubscribe link opens a confirmation page; the recipient must select Unsubscribe there before the request is saved. Automatic link checks do not unsubscribe anyone. When the campaign inbox unsubscribe setting is enabled and the inbox offers its one-click button, that button submits the request directly. Existing unsubscribe records remain in place.
When Email Validation is enabled, allowed statuses apply only to actual validation results. If verification is unavailable or no current result is ready, SalesHive holds the send until validation completes. Allowing Unknown does not bypass that hold. A genuine current Unknown result still follows your campaign settings.
No. The inbox setting and body footer are independent. Both Post-Call and Auto-Cadence use the saved campaign choice at send time, including campaign test emails. Turning the inbox setting off does not undo existing unsubscribes.
No. It allows supported inboxes to display a button beside the sender; each inbox decides whether to show it.
Yes. Copies and splits preserve the source campaign choice. New campaigns default to off.
No. Archive status, Do Not Call restrictions, suppression and campaign eligibility still apply. Reimporting a restricted number into another phone field does not clear its Do Not Call restriction. Review enrolled and skipped counts separately from restored counts. Archived or completed campaigns do not accept imports.
No. Active calls, uncertain call endings and unfinished call, meeting, referral or email work block recovery. Saved outcomes are preserved. Follow the error and request support review when evidence is missing.
No. It supplies additional client facts and rebuttals. The approved script and required disclosures take precedence. Review generated context for accuracy before relying on it.
Enabled, empty context generates automatically when the campaign Calling Script tab or the Dialer opens. Existing nonempty context is retained. To use the script alone, turn off Use campaign context in the teleprompter and select Save context.
Read the error. Missing sources require a Playmaker, Playbook or calling script. You can enter context manually if generation is unavailable. If another edit changed the saved version, copy any local text you need and use Reload saved context before trying again. Failed generation keeps the existing saved text.
Activation, enabling an email lane on an active campaign, or restoring an archived active campaign asks for review when eligible selected or queued sending addresses exist. Changing sender selection on an active campaign and applying senders to all campaigns also require review. Existing access and email-readiness checks still apply.
Campaign settings and overflowing panels retain native draggable scrollbars. Use the horizontal scrollbar for overflowing tabs where available. Touch, wheel and keyboard scrolling still work.
Authorized editors can add attachments to each supported standard non-meeting disposition email, at client level or in an enabled campaign override. PDF, Word, Excel, CSV and text files are supported, up to 20 MB each and 25 MB total. Save the template changes; attachments are included when that disposition email sends. Meeting routing, custom actions and notification permissions remain separate. Other clients retain their existing Asked for Info attachment support.
In enabled client workspaces, the campaign SDR picker can include active client members with contact access and manual or automatic dialing permission, alongside assigned employee SDRs. Eligibility is checked again when saving. An absent or revoked member cannot be selected; this does not grant new calling access or expand shared-queue permissions.
Explicit campaign assignment or shared-calling changes align eligible current campaign contacts with their calling owner while preserving historical activity. End active dial sessions before changing assignments. Contacts in active or paused independent sequences, or with dispatching or uncertain task delivery, retain their protected ownership. Refresh if contact or assignment evidence changes.
Open Overview for totals and readiness. The Email sequence workspace hides the reporting and dialing overview so you can focus on setup and copy.
Email subjects and bodies allow native browser spell checking. Suggestions depend on your browser language and spelling settings. There is no separate SalesHive spell-check button. Review suggested corrections before saving or sending; existing save and send steps still apply.
Supported signature previews and outgoing client email use the main message text's font family. Quoted reply text does not determine it. Signature font size, emphasis, color, layout and image dimensions remain intact. This happens when the signature is rendered; it does not rewrite the saved signature or authored message. Existing review and send controls still apply.
On the enabled workflow client, enrollment places the contact in sequence outreach. Use its Tasks queue. Campaign cadence and post-call emails remain disabled for that contact after the sequence completes or stops. Campaign membership and history remain intact; changing campaign-wide settings does not remove this protection. Sending or uncertain delivery must still be reconciled.
No. An unresolved campaign merge-tag error is treated as a permanent content failure instead of repeatedly retrying the same invalid message. Correct the reported template or merge values before using the normal reviewed sending workflow. This error is not proof that an email was sent.
In Email sequence, writing-mode choices stack at full width on narrow screens and keep a compact height. Choosing a mode retains the existing editing and saving rules; this layout does not enable either email lane.
Expandable section headings use the current theme text color for readability. Sending setup, Write your emails and Tracking and queue maintenance keep their existing controls. The available Unarchive button uses the theme accent with dark text; permissions and behavior are unchanged.
Text appears larger on supported mobile browsers for easier reading. Use the same controls and permissions as before; the display change does not save changes or perform actions for you.
Brand links and selected highlights use the SalesHive logo orange. The color change does not change what the controls do.
