Overview

On the enabled client, restricted SDRs see My campaigns for their assigned calling campaigns. Campaign calling does not require a sequence. The management instructions below apply only where your permissions expose those controls. Campaigns is the selected client's outbound control center. Review campaign activity, download a complete campaign performance CSV, set Auto-Cadence Send share, and complete email content, sender, signature, and sending-domain checks before activation. Export Performance includes current and archived campaigns and remains available for an authorized former-client historical view. Authorized staff can use Call AFI for a live multi-campaign preflight, and the Responses number opens a read-only audit of counted and excluded messages. Authorized internal users may also see an isolated Practice Campaign panel. Non-SDR views start this panel collapsed with an assignment count, while the SDR view keeps it open for immediate practice access. Its ready count reflects quality-cleared scenarios, not call completion alone.

How to use this page

  1. Open assigned campaign calls on the enabled client

In My campaigns, open an assigned campaign to search its contacts and review status. An active campaign offers Open auto-dialer. This opens the normal calling workflow without placing a call. If no campaign is assigned, ask your team lead to assign you in campaign settings. Saved calls remain in contact history; optional sequence tasks are separate.

  2. Select the client and campaign view

Open Platform > Outbound > Campaigns. Choose the client. Internal SDR Managers, Hiring and Training Managers, Admins and Executives start in All, showing active, paused and completed non-archived campaigns allowed by their access. Other roles retain the Active default. Where the view control is available, select Active to narrow the list. Show Archived includes archived campaigns. When a management role switches clients, the view returns to All, search clears and archived campaigns are hidden again. The summary shows contacts, active campaigns, meetings set and conversion rate. Internal SDRs switching from CRM to Platform arrive here. Open campaigns in the Campaigns column for an assigned client in the SDR’s own Hub opens this list with that client selected. These shortcuts do not start dialing or change campaign permissions.

  3. Find notifications and appearance controls

The bell and theme buttons sit together immediately before the client selector in the Platform header. The bell opens notifications. The theme button cycles between light, dark and system appearance; its label tells you the next choice. These controls do not change the selected client.

  4. Export campaign performance

Select Export Performance to download one CSV for every current and archived campaign in the selected client. Each campaign row includes status, SDR, contacts, emails sent, delivered emails, delivery rate, replies, reply rate, bounces, bounce rate, unsubscribes, unsubscribe rate, outbound calls, meetings set, contact-to-meeting rate, creation date, and archive date. A TOTAL row sums the volume metrics and recalculates the rates. The export always covers the full client history, even when the page is showing only Active campaigns. Authorized former-client historical views can use the same read-only export.

  5. Expand assigned call practice

When an active Practice Campaign assignment is available to you, a client-specific call practice panel appears above the live campaign list. Non-SDR review views start it collapsed and show the number of available assignments. Select the Practice Campaign header to reveal or hide the assignment rows. The SDR view starts the panel open so assigned practice is immediately available. Clients do not see this internal training lane.

  6. Open a practice assignment

Expand Practice Campaign, then choose Start practice before the first attempt, Continue practice after work begins, or Review readiness after every required scenario is quality cleared. A scenario counts as ready only when its connected attempt has a disposition supported by the scored conversation, required work products, a complete evidence score, and launch-ready performance, or a documented Manager acceptance.

  7. Review campaign activity

Use each row to review SDR, contacts, calls, emails, responses, today's sends, meetings, status, creation date, Send share, and actions. Search narrows the list by campaign name or SDR. Asked for Info readiness is not shown as a separate board on this page. Today keeps each value on one line. For Auto-Cadence campaigns it shows today's sends followed by the daily limit, or Auto when no fixed campaign limit is set. A dash appears when Auto-Cadence is off.

  8. Start an eligible multi-campaign calling session

Authorized staff can select active campaigns, then choose Call All or Call AFI. Call AFI remains the live readiness path for Asked for Info work. The preflight checks assignment, script, email setup, callable contacts, duplicate contacts, and compatible call policy settings before Start compatible campaigns becomes available. An SDR can select campaigns assigned to them and, during an active Campaign Relief assignment, campaigns assigned to the SDR they are covering.

  9. Open the response audit

Select the underlined number in Responses, including zero, to open that campaign's Response audit. The header shows Counted responses, Excluded automated, and all Attributed records, plus the reporting window, timezone, attribution rule, inclusion rule, deduplication rule, and excluded classifications.

  10. Inspect counted and excluded records

Use All attributed, Counted, or Excluded. Each row shows whether it counted, contact and company, subject and preview, full message text when available, mailbox folder, received time, classification, exclusion reason, sequence attribution, message id, thread id, RFC id, and inbox id. Use Previous and Next when there are more than 50 records.

  11. Understand the response count

Counted responses are campaign-attributed human inbound messages deduplicated by Gmail message id. Shwarming, Auto Reply, Internal, Out Of Office, Undeliverable, Ignore, Ignore Contact, and Ignore Global records stay visible in Excluded but do not increase the client-facing response total.

  12. Set Send share

Authorized campaign managers can choose Standard share (1x), More volume (2x), High volume (5x), Very high volume (10x), or Send first. Shares divide eligible shared-sender capacity. They are not daily limits and do not bypass mailbox limits, warming, pacing, send windows, or safety checks.

  13. Create and configure a paused campaign

Select New Campaign, name it, assign an SDR when available, and configure optional email sections. New campaigns start paused with no contacts. Open the campaign to prepare copy, sender settings, contacts, and dialing rules before activating it.

  14. Complete email readiness before activation

When Post-Call or Auto-Cadence is enabled, activation checks the selected email type, active Basic or eMod templates for every configured step, supported merge tags, sender capacity, the resolved default signature and its required fields, and complete cached SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX for client-owned sending domains. Post-Call also needs an active Primary or SDR mailbox. If activation is refused, follow the specific error, correct each item, then retry. When Confirm sending email addresses appears, check the client, campaign names and every sending address. Review Addresses on queued follow-ups separately: changing the sender selection does not replace addresses already saved on queued follow-ups. Post-call sending addresses are also selected separately in the Dialer. Choose Confirm and activate to proceed, or Go back to cancel. If the addresses change during review, review the new list before confirming again.

  15. Use campaign actions carefully

Open a row to review the campaign, copy it when allowed, pause or activate it, or archive it when it leaves the active workspace. Campaign Diagnostics is read-only and does not change enrollments or settings.

  16. Share one calling queue between two SDRs

Authorized staff can open Share calling queue on a non-archived campaign with at least two active contacts. Review the Primary SDR queue and Partner SDR queue counts, then choose two different SDRs assigned to this client. Companies stay together, so queue sizes may differ; contacts without a company are balanced individually. End active dial sessions before sharing or rebalancing. Select Share calling and review the confirmation. Every active contact participates, including contacts with prior calls or emails. History stays intact, and email outreach continues once from the same campaign. Contacts added later default to the primary SDR until the queue is shared again.

  17. Create an internal sales demo when available

Authorized internal sales and operations users can select Create Demo Campaign for the selected accessible prospect or client. SalesHive uses saved company details and required public web research to prepare a script, teleprompter context and three fictional buyers. Review generated facts and any research warning before presenting. The demo is active with automatic and post-call email disabled. This is separate from scored Practice Campaign assignments.

What the buttons do

Export Performance
Downloads a CSV across every current and archived campaign for the selected client, with sends, delivery, replies, bounces, unsubscribes, calls, meetings, calculated rates, and a TOTAL row.
Practice Campaign header
Expands or collapses the internal assignment rows. Non-SDR views start collapsed and show the assignment count, while the SDR view starts open.
Start practice / Continue practice / Review readiness
Opens an authorized internal Practice Campaign assignment. Review readiness appears only after every required scenario is quality cleared from its saved evidence.
Call All
Runs preflight for ordinary callable contacts across selected compatible active campaigns.
Call AFI
Runs the live Asked for Info preflight across selected compatible active campaigns. It does not depend on a separate readiness board.
Start compatible campaigns
Starts the checked multi-campaign Dialer plan only when every blocking preflight check passes.
Responses number
Opens the campaign Response audit for counted and excluded attributed messages.
All attributed / Counted / Excluded
Filters the Response audit without changing the campaign metric.
View message text
Expands the stored message body for an audit row when available.
Previous / Next
Moves through Response audit pages of up to 50 records.
Active / All / Show Archived
Active shows active non-archived campaigns; All also includes paused and completed campaigns. Show Archived adds archived rows. The control appears for internal non-SDR viewers. These filters do not limit Export Performance.
Search campaigns
Narrows the current view by campaign name or SDR.
Send share
Sets the relative Auto-Cadence allocation for eligible campaigns sharing a sender.
On toggle
Activates or pauses a campaign when your role allows it. A campaign with Post-Call or Auto-Cadence enabled must pass its full email readiness check before activation saves.
New Campaign / Create Paused Campaign
Creates a campaign in a safe paused state for configuration.
Campaign Diagnostics
Shows read-only readiness signals.
Share calling queue / Share calling
Previews two company-grouped calling queues and confirms the primary and partner SDRs. Keeps one campaign and one email cadence.
Confirm and activate / Confirm and save
Applies the requested activation or sender change after you review the displayed client, campaigns and sending addresses.
Go back
Cancels the sending-address confirmation without applying the requested change.
Create Demo Campaign
Creates a researched simulator campaign with fictional buyers for authorized internal users. Does not start a call.

Common questions

Internal SDR Managers, Hiring and Training Managers, Admins and Executives start in All so paused and completed campaigns remain visible for review. Switching clients resets these roles to All, clears search and hides archives. SDR, client and other role defaults remain Active. Viewing a campaign does not make it eligible to call or send.
It includes every current and archived campaign for the selected client, one campaign per row plus a TOTAL row. The CSV covers status, SDR, contacts, emails, delivery, replies, bounces, unsubscribes, outbound calls, meetings, rates, and creation or archive dates.
No. Export Performance uses the full current and archived campaign history for the selected client, regardless of the visible campaign view or search.
Yes, when you are authorized to open that former client in the read-only historical context. The downloaded file remains scoped to that exact client.
It was removed from the Campaigns page. Select eligible campaigns and use Call AFI for the current live preflight. The preflight names any assignment, script, email setup, callable-contact, duplicate-contact, or compatibility blocker before a session starts.
Non-SDR review views start the panel collapsed so the live campaign list stays easy to scan. The header shows the number of available assignments. Select it to expand or hide the rows. The SDR view starts it open for direct practice access.
The panel appears only for an active assignment you are allowed to review or complete. It is an internal training lane and is not shown to clients.
A connected call is only the start. The saved attempt must use a disposition supported by the scored conversation, include every required work product, receive a complete evidence score, and meet the quality thresholds. A documented Manager acceptance can clear an evidence edge case after scoring and required work are complete. Interrupted attempts and non-connections do not count.
An SDR can select active campaigns assigned directly to them. During an active Campaign Relief assignment, they can also select active campaigns assigned to the SDR they are covering. Preflight repeats the server-side assignment check before a session can start. Shared calling ownership can also make a campaign available. The exact queue and follow-up ownership checks still apply.
The preflight names the blocker. Common reasons include a paused or archived campaign, a missing call script or required email setup, incompatible campaign configuration, no callable contacts, overlapping contacts, or an assignment mismatch.
Attributed includes automated and system messages tied to the campaign. Those records remain auditable but excluded classifications do not increase the client-facing response count.
Shwarming, Auto Reply, Internal, Out Of Office, Undeliverable, Ignore, Ignore Contact, and Ignore Global.
No. The audit is read-only.
It changes how eligible Auto-Cadence campaigns divide shared sender capacity. It does not change mailbox limits or safety checks.
SalesHive requires a configured email type, active sendable Basic or eMod templates for every step, supported merge tags, eligible sender capacity, a usable default signature, required sender and client signature fields, and complete cached SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX for client-owned domains. Post-Call also requires an active Primary or SDR mailbox. The error names the unfinished items.
Ordinary New Campaign records start paused and empty. Create Demo Campaign instead creates an active simulator campaign with fictional buyers and both email lanes off; creating it does not start a call or send email.
No. It changes the next calling owner for active enrollments. Campaign, cadence, templates, senders, reporting, and contact history stay together. Prior outreach does not exclude a contact from the allocation.
It is now Outbound > Campaigns at /platform/outbound/campaigns. Saved links to /platform/outbound/manage and /platform/campaigns/manage redirect to the new page. Existing client selection and access checks still apply.
Activation, enabling an email lane on an active campaign, or restoring an archived active campaign asks for review when eligible selected or queued sending addresses exist. Changing sender selection on an active campaign and applying senders to all campaigns also require review. Existing access and email-readiness checks still apply.
Brendan and authorized Sales Managers and Sales Reps can also see their normally accessible pre-signature sales pipeline. The selector does not grant access to other deals. Client and strategist access is unchanged.
SalesHive researches the selected company and its offering on the public web before creating the demo, preferring official company pages. Review generated facts before presenting. If research cannot establish the company and offering or does not finish, creation stops with no partial campaign saved. Correct sparse or ambiguous saved company details before retrying. A warning that source links were unavailable means facts still need review, not that research was skipped.
If Create Demo Campaign fails, the message identifies whether company research or script generation did not complete, the generated script failed content checks, or the demo could not be saved. It confirms that no partial campaign was saved. Keep the displayed Reference and include it when asking for help so the team can locate the failed attempt.
In enabled client workspaces, the campaign SDR picker can include active client members with contact access and manual or automatic dialing permission, alongside assigned employee SDRs. Eligibility is checked again when saving. An absent or revoked member cannot be selected; this does not grant new calling access or expand shared-queue permissions.
Explicit campaign assignment or shared-calling changes align eligible current campaign contacts with their calling owner while preserving historical activity. End active dial sessions before changing assignments. Contacts in active or paused independent sequences, or with dispatching or uncertain task delivery, retain their protected ownership. Refresh if contact or assignment evidence changes.
