Overview
The Platform page heading is Video Meeting. Open an accessible meeting occurrence within the selected client workspace. This page shows its available recording, participant-facing shared notes and transcript. SalesHive-only meeting details and private employee notes are excluded.
How to use this page
Open the meeting from Video Conferencing
Select a meeting title in the client archive. The detail keeps the selected client context. Use Back to video calls to return.
Review available recording and shared notes
Play the recording when available, or use Open recording for an archive link. Processing or missing-recording messages explain unavailable media. Shared meeting notes shows the participant-facing document when ready; a failure message does not mean the transcript is unavailable.
Read the transcript and linked opportunity
Read the Transcript directly on the page when present. If a Sales deal link is shown, it opens the opportunity in this same client workspace. It does not grant additional access.
What the buttons do
- Back to video calls
- Returns to this client’s Video Conferencing workspace.
- Open recording
- Opens the available archive recording in a new tab.
- Sales deal
- Opens the linked opportunity in this client workspace when available.
