Overview
Meeting Settings > Reminders configures automated pre-meeting prospect emails for the selected client, including template, timing, recipients, and tests. Internal SDRs are redirected to the read-only meeting-owner directory before these settings load. They cannot edit this configuration or send test messages. Other users retain their existing viewing and management permissions.
How to use this page
Open Reminders from Meeting Settings
From Platform > Settings > Meeting Settings, select the Reminders tab. The Owners and Outcome Email tabs remain available for the same client. Internal SDRs are redirected to the active-owner directory; ask your manager or strategist about reminder or outcome-email changes.
Check readiness and enable sending
With the required non-SDR employee management access: Review the readiness panel, then use the master Send meeting reminders switch when the client is ready. The default-template option keeps the global template or lets employees customize this client.
Configure recipients and content
With the required non-SDR employee management access: Set subject, timing, CC and BCC. Employees can enable CC the meeting owner on every reminder, using the owner configured in Meeting Settings > Owners.
Send a test
Authorized non-SDR employees can select Send Test in Preview to open the test dialog. Review the recipients before sending the sample email. This is a real email send.
