Overview

Meeting Settings provides meeting-owner information for the selected client. Internal SDRs see a read-only directory of active owners with contact details and scheduling links. Other authorized users retain the Owners, Reminders and Outcome Email management views.

How to use this page

  1. Choose the selected client

Use the header switcher, then open Settings > Meeting Settings. Internal SDRs see active owners for that client. If no active owners are configured, ask your manager or strategist to confirm the setup.

  2. SDRs: find an owner and copy their details

Review each owner’s name, title, email address, phone and scheduling link. Missing fields show Not provided. Copy email address, Copy phone and Copy scheduling link appear beside available values.

  3. SDRs: open scheduling guidance

Select an available scheduling link to open it in a new tab. Some stored links may be shown as text only. View calendar links and booking instructions opens Calendar for the selected client. Confirm the client and owner before using booking instructions.

  4. Navigate Meeting Settings

In the management view, use the Owners, Reminders and Outcome Email cards at the top. The active card identifies the current section. Internal SDRs do not see these management tabs; links to Reminders or Outcome Email return them to the owner directory. The screenshot shows management navigation.

  5. Manage owners

With management access, use Owners to review routing coverage and readiness, add or edit an owner, and reassign future bookings before deactivating an owner. Internal SDRs cannot make these changes; ask your manager or strategist to update the directory.

  6. Configure related messages

With the required management access, open Reminders for pre-meeting prospect reminders or Outcome Email for the deal-wide post-meeting owner update. Internal SDRs cannot save these settings or send tests.

Common questions

Open Settings > Meeting Settings. Internal SDRs see the active-owner reference directory. Other authorized users see Owners, Reminders and Outcome Email together.
Owners, reminders, and the post-meeting outcome email are configured for the selected deal, so they are consistent across its campaigns.
In the management view, the same selected client remains in scope across the three tabs. Internal SDRs use the owner directory and Calendar link instead.
The internal SDR directory is read-only. Ask your manager or strategist to update owner details or meeting settings. Viewing an owner or copying their scheduling link does not change meeting routing.
