Overview

Sales Deck creates a prospect-facing slide story and editable Google Slides file for the selected client. The Operational workflow panel makes the process visible: use configured Playmaker and brand settings, compose a draft, review the saved version, then create the editable Slides file. The panel is interactive: select a stage to read its detail, or use Previous, Next, and Play controls to move through the sequence. Selecting a stage stops playback, and the counter shows your current stage.

How to use this page

  1. Pick the client

Use the client switcher and complete its Playmaker value proposition before generating.

  2. Select the presentation

Use Presentation to choose Original deck or an available named presentation for this client. The version list and generation apply to that choice. Switching presentations clears the current version preview and unsent Extra Instructions. The selector is unavailable while generation or Google Slides creation is running.

  3. Set the style, logo, and instructions

Choose a style theme, review or replace the logo, and add focused instructions.

  4. Follow the operational workflow

The panel confirms that configured Playmaker and brand settings inform a slide-by-slide draft. Review the saved version before exporting it to an editable Slides file. Select a stage to read it in detail. Use Previous and Next to move one stage at a time. Play advances through the sequence automatically, and selecting a stage stops playback. The counter shows the current stage. Keyboard users can use arrow keys, Home, and End while a stage is focused.

  5. Generate and review the deck

Generate the draft, inspect every slide, and use the version theme controls if needed.

  6. Create the editable Google Slides file

Click Create Google Slides after review. Reopen or recreate the file from the saved version when needed.

  7. Open the selected published deck

When the chosen presentation has a published version and a site address, select View published deck to open it in a new tab. Original deck uses the site's /deck address; named presentations have their own /deck/name address. The Inbound View Sales Deck shortcut opens the original published deck, or returns to this tool if it is unavailable. Review the selected presentation before sharing its link.

What the buttons do

Operational workflow
An interactive four-stage workflow explorer. Select a stage to read its detail, use Previous and Next to move one stage at a time, or Play and Pause the sequence. Manual stage selection stops playback, and the counter shows your current stage. It does not take an action on its own.
Generate Sales Deck
Creates a draft from the selected settings when the Playmaker is complete.
Create Google Slides
Builds the editable Slides file from the reviewed current draft.
Presentation
Choose Original deck or a named client presentation with its own version history.
View published deck
Open the chosen presentation's published web version when it is available.

Common questions

It explains the review path for the deck. It does not create or export a deck automatically. Select a stage to read it in detail, or use the Previous, Next, and Play or Pause controls to navigate the sequence.
The preview renders on this page, and Create Google Slides makes an editable file that opens in a new tab.
No. Each generation is saved as its own version.
Select any stage to show its detail. Previous and Next move one stage at a time, while Play advances automatically and Pause stops it. Selecting a stage also stops playback. The counter shows the current stage. With a stage focused, use the arrow keys, Home, or End to move between stages.
Each presentation has its own versions and published selection. Generating a draft or creating Google Slides does not by itself publish the web deck. Named presentations keep their own public address.
