Overview

This report belongs to the enabled client workflow. BDRs see their activity on assigned contacts; authorized team leads can review team activity. Report dates are inclusive Eastern calendar dates. Access to this guide does not grant report or call-listening access.

How to use this page

  1. Apply the report scope

Open Activity report from Tasks. Set From and Through, up to 93 days, and Campaign. Team leads can also select BDR. Select Apply filters to load the report.

  2. Read recorded activity

Compare Dials, Human connections and Logged emails by campaign and BDR. Dials exclude unfinished and skipped attempts. Human connections use saved dispositions. Task emails require saved provider confirmation; pending or unconfirmed task sends are excluded. Logged emails do not include every mailbox message or prove inbox delivery.

  3. Export the displayed report

Select Export displayed report after applying filters. It uses the loaded report's dates, campaign and BDR, not unsubmitted changes in the form.

  4. Inspect session summaries

Dialing sessions shows the latest matching sessions and the total. Narrow the date range to find earlier sessions. View summary shows the full selected session and saved dispositions. Unfinished records may appear in a summary while remaining excluded from the dial total. Summaries include no recording or transcript.

  5. Shadow only when authorized

Team leads can choose Shadow current call for an active session. It is listen-only and ends with that call. Refresh and select it again for the next call. Stop listening leaves the current audio. BDR access does not include this control.

  6. Return to work

Select Tasks to return to your queue.

  7. Compare saved sequence versions

Sequence comparison groups independent sequences by saved version, source campaign and acting SDR. Linked dials count only calls linked to completed call tasks; confirmed emails require a saved provider receipt. Dates use the actual call or accepted-send time. Human connections and booked-meeting counts use saved dispositions. Booked-meeting dispositions do not establish held meetings or sales conversions, and current contact status is not used to infer results. No linked activity is not evidence that a sequence was ineffective.

  8. Export sequence comparison

Apply the dates, campaign and available BDR filter, then select Export sequence comparison. This downloads the sequence comparison using the loaded report filters, separately from Export displayed report. Independent sequence email activity retains its source campaign for attribution.

Common questions

Session summaries cover the full selected session and can include unfinished records. Report dials exclude unfinished and skipped attempts and follow the applied reporting dates.
Only authorized team leads receive team filters and monitoring. BDR reports remain scoped to their own permitted activity.
No. Task emails require saved provider confirmation, but these counts do not establish inbox delivery. Legacy logged-email records retain their existing meaning.
